How much can you earn with your own car service?

For a long time, you could only get a technical inspection at a government car service. Now we have decided to correct this injustice!

Now you can have your vehicle inspected wherever you like!

So, let's look at the new functionality from the perspective of a potential investor.


What we have at the beginning

1. Car service cost - 14,490 rubles.
Online payment only (accumulated PS or purchase invoice will not help).

Ok, we buy. Expenses amounted to 14,490 rubles.

After the purchase, we can do maintenance on our cars in our car service, attention, free of charge!

For the owner of the car service, maintenance on their cars costs nothing (minus the City's 25% commission)!

This is not enough for us.
We look from the side of the investor who wants to earn. Let's move on!

2. We buy a license to work in the City 19,900 rubles. one-time!

Ok, we buy it. Expenses amounted to 34,390 rubles.

Now anyone can put their taxi in for maintenance at our auto service!

But here's the problem, we only have one repair box, which can service only 1 taxi at a time. This won't do, we're increasing the number of boxes to three!

3. The cost of two repair boxes is 990 x 2 = 1,980 rubles.

Ok, we buy. Expenses amounted to 36,370 rubles.

Well, now we wait for clients and take profit!

Let's calculate how much we will earn?

Of course, we will have to make many assumptions, because we cannot predict how things will be with the players, but we will consider that our assumptions are based on real historical data :)

Let's say that with our three boxes, they will always be loaded at 100% (well, let's dream!).

We don't touch the price settings, we don't use any pumping. Everything is bare!

The time of maintenance directly depends on the cost of maintenance. From this we can conclude that the box can bring some fixed income per hour or day.


Now let's experiment

We put Mazda 2 in the box, and see that the execution time is 45 minutes, and the cost is 79.6 rubles.

Profitability per hour: 79 / (45/60) = 105 rubles / hour.

Okay, let's try to put Mercedes SLS (8th lvl), it turns out 12 days and 11 hours, the cost is 31,960 rubles.

Profitability per hour: 300 / (31,960) = 106 rubles. / hour.

We conclude from this that one box can bring in approximately 105 rubles per hour. Per day, respectively, 2,520 (105 x 24).

But wait, it's too good, don't you think?

Of course it doesn't seem that way, it's not that simple.

1. Firstly, there is a commission City 25%.

2. Secondly, someone will pay with an invoice for purchases, and someone with real.
And you can’t take an invoice for purchases directly and withdraw it, unlike a passenger invoice or direct payment. This also reduces profitability.

3. There are constant expenses in the form of rent.


Let's try to calculate taking these factors into account

Let's assume that we will earn 50% on purchases, 25% on passengers, and 25% will be direct payment.

The income received on the purchase account is certainly very useful, we can spend this money in the game, without spending our hard-earned money.

But in our calculation it is difficult for us to somehow calculate this specifically, therefore, we will simply take it for granted that these funds will bring us no more than 10% profit.

The income received when paying with a passenger account or direct payment will be considered direct income, which we can withdraw.


Let's start calculating our ideal car service

  1. The daily gross turnover of the car service is 7,500 rubles.
  2. City Tax – 25%, leaving 5,625 rubles.
  3. 50% is the purchase account, or in rubles – 2,812
    1. We agreed to accept this money as a maximum of 10% of income.
    2. This means that 50% (2,812 rubles) of the turnover will bring us 280 rubles per day.
      The second half remains uncounted (2,812 rubles.)
  4. The next 25% (or 1,406 rubles.) of income is received on the passenger account
    1. Let's assume that we do not have an account for withdrawal, so we will divide this amount by two
      (half must be exchanged for an account for withdrawal)
    2. This means that we will receive not 1,406 rubles, but half - 703 rubles/day.
  5. Only 25% remains uncalculated, which falls on payment by payment systems
    1. This is 1,406 rubles.
    2. We assume that we still don’t have an account for withdrawal, and we don’t know what hackwork is, so divide this amount by two
    3. It turns out 703 rubles. / day

Now let's count:

280 + 703 + 703 = 1,686 rubles/day!


Let's calculate the total potential income for 2 months (license validity period).

Net income: 1,686 x 60 = 100,800 rubles

Rental expenses: 990 x 8 (weeks) = 7,920

Total net profit: 92,880 rubles/2 months!


Let's draw conclusions

So, we calculated that a basic car service can generate a little more than 90 thousand rubles. during the life of one license.

This is a service without pumping, without increasing the speed, without increasing the number of boxes!

And also, we took into account that the owner does not have an account for withdrawal, which reduces the profitability in this case by half! We used a "bare" service, with basic settings.

Prices in the City may be different, other car services may reduce prices, losing their profits and chasing the client, but even in this case, we can safely reduce profitability by half - and still be sure that the car service will pay off in less than a month!

Какие доказательства получения кэш бэка будут являться решающими для принятия решения о ликвидации его бизнеса со стороны представителей проекта ? Скрины разговора ? Скрины полученя денег на кошелек с другого кошелька? Какая доказательная база нужна чтобы сделать "ЧЁРНОЕ ДЕЛО" ???

Конкуренция по Автосервисам совсем угасла. Для того ,чтобы она была нужно при использование
скорости владельцами уменьшать кэшбэк на 5% с платежки . Если владелец снова
хочет прежний кэшбэк выплачивать он может на другую платёжку всю скорость переставить. Для
кого-то из таксистов важна скорость прохождения , а для кого-то 5% кэшбэк. И второе прохождения
строго определённого числа такси каждого уровня в месяц. Иначе через пару недель останутся 5-7 Автосервисов ,а может и меньше.
