So, friends, it's time to reveal the cards about the upcoming update. We'll try to tell you everything we know about Taxi-Polis!
Taxi-polis is a new city that won't have "My Buildings", instead there will be a full-fledged virtual city where players buy land and build buildings on it.
Now all the neighbors
Personal buildings of all players and companies will be built in one virtual area of the city. A neighboring house of another player can easily appear next to your house. All businesses will now also be represented by buildings on the virtual map of Taxi-Polis. To start a new business, you will need to build the appropriate building.

Plot price change
The base price of a plot is 199 rubles. When purchasing a plot, the price of free neighboring plots (in a 3x3 square) increases exactly 2 times. That is, by buying a plot for 199 rubles, you increase the prices of 8 neighboring plots: the cost of each of them will increase to 398 rubles. This is an important aspect of the economy of the new Polis! You will need to think carefully about how and where to buy plots for the construction of your buildings.

Taxes on orders
Now each taxi will have to choose which district to drive in (the district can be changed at any time). A certain percentage of each order goes to the tax fund of the selected district.

Taxes on services in companies
At the moment, any service in any business is subject to a project tax. With the new update, this tax will remain, but will go to the tax fund of the district in which the business is based.

Land Purchase Taxes
When you buy a plot of land, you pay a certain percentage of the cost of the plot, which goes to the district tax fund, in which you buy a plot.
Taxes on the construction of buildings
As with land plots, a certain percentage of the price of the building goes to the tax fund of the district.

Distribution of tax revenues
Once a day at 12:00 Moscow time, the collected taxes will be distributed among all owners of plots and buildings in accordance with their level of Influence. Taxes are distributed to different accounts:
- from land tax, construction, services and from work orders - to the passenger account
- from hack orders - to the withdrawal account

Influence Level
Influence is the points that players have within each district.
Each player who buys at least one piece of land in the district will have their influence. One piece of land gives 100 influence points (regardless of the price paid for the plot). The more influence points, the greater the share of taxes the landowner receives. Buildings increase influence points. For example, by building a taxi depot, you will receive 900 influence points and your own company. And by buying a Family Mansion, you will only receive influence points, but how much - up to 46,000 at the last level!
Influence is the most important parameter among players in Taxi-Polis.

Income from district development
As the owner of a plot or building, you have the right to receive part of the income from the sale of neighboring plots. When the neighboring plot is sold (in a 3x3 square), you get a portion of the plot's value! You can simply buy plots in different parts of the area and wait until the neighboring plots are sold to make a profit.

Working with Neighbors
When you build your house, part of the cost of construction will be distributed equally among all neighbors. Regardless of what is built next to it - a mansion or a shack - everyone will receive an equal share of the cost of the newly built house. When a new building appears, the neighboring free plots (in a 3x3 square) grow in price! This means that the plots adjacent to an already built house will be more expensive than those where there is not a single building.

District Owner
In the near future, after the launch of the policy, we will implement the function of new district owners. We will open new districts, the owner of which can be any player. An auction will be held, based on the results of which the owner of the district will be selected. The owner becomes the owner for life. The owner chooses the tax rate in the area, which will be charged directly to the owner of the area (minus the base tax). The lower the tax, the more attractive the area - and the more taxi drivers and businesses there are. The higher the tax, the more tax revenue for the owner, but fewer people are willing to pay this high tax.

Just a little bit more time and Taxi-Polis will open its doors to everyone!
